To do this trophy, first you must gain access to the plans for the machine gun without being detected in on of the Leonardo War Machine missions. From the plans area, quickly climb over some boxes that are to the right, slightly behind you, and then jump over the building that had the plans in them, & jump into the marker. A cutscene will happen and Ezio will destroy the machine gun in the cutscene. Then you must run to the marker & keep running to be at a safe distance before the Machine Gun explodes.
The next part of the mission is to catch up to a horse drawn Machine Gun whilst avoiding being shot on horseback. Just follow the cart, and take any alternate routes whenever the path gets block. After a while, you'll get close enough and Ezio will jump onto the cart automatically. Then you have to drive the cart & smash into any persuers until Ezio then jumps onto the Machine Gun. Once he's done that, just shoot at the horses until the end of the mission.
