How to Defeat Bosses

At the end of every chapter in Trollhunters: Defenders of Arcadia there is a boss you need to defeat in order to progress to the next chapter. As this gme is designed for kids you will not find this difficult, all you need to do is use your range attack in combination with some melee hits. Don't use your special abilities as they will not be any use during a boss fight. If for die your health counter will not be reset, you will just lose a life and continue fighting. When you have defeated every boss in the game you will earn the Trollhunter's Return trophy/achievement.

How to Farm Money Easily

The easiest way to farm money in Trollhunters: Defenders of Arcadia is to play the Go-Go Sushi mini-game which becomes available when you talk to Tobias and AAARRRGGHH!!! In the city (Heartstone Trollmarket). The objective of the Go-Go Sushi mini-game is to:

- Collect sushi in a basket.
- Avoid vegetables.

How to Unlock Side Quests

You will be able to unlock side quests in Trollhunters: Defenders of Arcadia in the city by talking to NPC's. When you speak to a NPC they will give you small assignments that are simple to complete which will generally be to deliver or fetch some items for them. There are plenty of side quests available and completing three of them will earn you the Quest Bester trophy/achievement.

Where to Find Dirty Socks and Gnome Collectibles

Trollhunters: Defenders of Arcadia has collectibles you can pick up and then use to help progress in the game. The Dirty Socks you collect can be used to trade for items at Rot & Gut's Sock Exchange and Gnomes are used to unlock levels for Omelrugs Gnome Challenge mini-game where you throw gnomes at targets to win coins. To play this mini-game you need to speak with Omelrug at the Troll Pub in Trollmarket.

Gnome Locations

When you catch all 3 gnomes in any stage/level you will earn the 'Gnome Up!' trophy/achievement.

Dirty Socks Locations

When you have gathered every sock in the game you will earn the 'A Stinky Collection' trophy/achievement.

How to get Through Tight Gaps

In Trollhunters: Defenders of Arcadia there will be instances where you will need to squeeze through tight gaps. The first time you reach a small gap you need to get through the game tells you to 'slide' but does not tell you how to perform the action. It is however simple to do, all you need to do is push the analogue stick on your controller down while at the same time pressing the 'Jump' button (X on PlayStation 4 and A on the Xbox One). When you do this the character you chose will slide across the floor allowing them to get through tight gaps. You will find that you will need to perform the slide action regularly during levels in order to reach hidden areas to pick up collectibles.
