What is cp and how do I increase it?

CP is short for Combat Power and there are several ways to increase it. First and most obvious, you can build more troops in your barracks, Shipyard, and Air Base. Each troop will add a small amount to your CP. You can also increase your level and merge your troops. While your CP will initially go down (Merging troops decreases the overall amount by half) the troops will have a higher individual CP, as will all new troops you create. Another factor in CP is your Heroes. The Star level, skills, and perks they have all contribute to your overall CP, whether or not they are "in use" or just unlocked. Finally, the Components you have applied to your troops also factor into your CP. Merging and increasing the level of the components will of course increase your CP, but can take time.
