How to Hit your Targets

Trying to hit moving targets in The Falconeer is not easy. The game does however provide a couple of indicators that will help you hit what you are aiming at. When you are locked onto a target there will be a red circle around the target, and a white circle leading in front of it. If you aim your crosshairs onto the white circle you will lead the target and score hits. If you are close enough to your target you will also benefit from aim assistance all the time you are aiming at the white circle. When aim assistance is engaged little blinkers will appear on the outside of the red circle. This aiming principle works with all weapons, including those that have a slower rate of fire such as the Magnetar Rifle.
