How do you get Exotic Weapons

In The Division 2 you will constantly earn loot as you progress through the game, this will either be through finding caches or by random enemy drops which will be related to your level which means exotic weapons will not start appearing in the game until the later levels. In order to improve your chances of getting exotic weapons you will need to grind high-level activities like raiding Strongholds and entering Dark Zones.

How do you Upgrade Exotic Weapons

Although you can upgrade Exotic weapons in The Division 2 you will not be able to do so until you hit the level cap. Once the level cap has been reached you will able to spend resources and credits to up the weapon's stats.
