When you complete the following tasks the corresponding Gamerpic will become unlocked.

Feral Gamerpic:

Complete the following tasks to earn the corresponding Avatar Award.

Neighbors keep dying...?. Whenever I log back into the game the next day, ..

Neighbors tend to die when you exit the game and come back.. It's not a plot thing, that's just the way the game's offline progression works. I think you only lose 1 morale point for each dead neighbor.

Sickness. Can you cure sickness? I've tried stocking up on..

Have you upgraded your medical area to an infirmary? Doing so will prevent diseases from spreading.

Firebomb. How do you equip the firebomb?

It's not a main item like a gun or melee, it's a secondary item, similar to meds and snacks. So if you use the right arrow on the D-pad and scroll along until the petrolbomb/firebomb icon appears, then press RB to use it.

Doctor. Where is the Doctor?

You will need to go to the Wilkerson farmhouse. When the Doctor is available, a mission will pop up on screen for it.

Inventory. How do you share inventory amongst playable char..

Always put the gear/backpack in a storage before switching to the other character.
