Rumbleverse Cheats and Tips

Rumbleverse is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. Take a look at our cheats and tips to get help in the game. Rumbleverse is a free-to-play brawler battle royale game that is played from the third-person perspective. You are one of forty players that are dropped into Grapital City and who then must fight each other to be the last survivor. Unlike similar games on the market you do not have access to firearms and must instead eliminate opponents using melee combat that includes attacks such as punches, kicks, and elbow drops. Players must explore the city and collect magazines that are hidden inside boxes in order to obtain special moves and takedowns, as well as potions that increase stats such as health, stamina, and strength. Like other battle royale games on the market all players must stay within a shrinking circle, failing to do so will start a timer which will count down from 10 and eliminate you if it reaches zero.

Rumbleverse Cheats, Tips Strategy

Below is a collection of hints and tips that will help you to progress in the game. These include why it is essential that you learn the Dash Jump and why you should search for Protein Pods.

Explore the Map

Your first priority when you land in Grindcity is to explore your surroundings so you become familiar with the map. It is important to know where the vantage points, hiding places, and where to run to recover in each zone are. It is recommended that for the first few times that you play Rumbleverse you make a point of landing in different areas, so you are able to explore everywhere on the map.

Find a Weapon

Although there are no firearms in Rumbleverse you can still pick up things you find lying around and use them as weapons to damage other players. Keep an eye out for baseball bats in particular as they make the best weapon in the game as they swing fast and hit hard. Chairs can also be effective as they can not only be swung directly in close combat but also thrown towards another player to do damage before closing the gap.

Save your Stamina

Avoid the temptation to sprint everywhere, you will be able to run well without sprinting so conserve your stamina for actual fights.

Dash Jump

Make sure you learn how to dash jump, this extended jump will enable you to traverse much longer distances and can be considerably useful when you need to cross the city on rooftops to escape from a fight. The dash jump will also allow you to close the distance quickly between an opponent who may be looking to use a projectile like the chair. To perform the dash jump in Rumbleverse you just need to press the jump button on your controller while dashing.

Blocking

Blocking in Rumbleverse not only reduces the damage you take during a fight, but it also refills your stamina (even if you are not in a fight). Keep in mind that blocks will not protect you from Vicious or Diving attacks. Ensure you move out of the block before your opponent hits you with one of these.

The Shrinking Circle

Other players are not your only concern, in Rumbleverse there is constant pressure to stay within the shrinking circle as being outside of it for a ten count automatically eliminates you from the game. It is therefore essential that you constantly check to see where the circle is moving to next to avoid getting counted out.

Avoid Street-Level Brawling

Try to avoid fighting at street level whenever possible as being in open view of everyone around puts you at a disadvantage. Instead, head to the nearest building and hit the climb button on your controller so you can quickly scale to the top of it. Being on high ground will enable you to scope out areas and flee easily from fights when you need to recover.

Search for Protein Pods

Always be on the lookout for crates on the street as these are likely to contain a Protein Pod that when consumed can upgrade your stats. Just smash up the crate when you find one to access the Protein Pod, keep in mind that there is a limit of 10 Protein Pods per match, so you need to choose when you drink them wisely. There are three kinds of protein pods; Arms Powder, Core Powder, and Legs Powder. Arms powder increases damage given. Core powder increases max health. Legs powder increases stamina. The bottom right of the screen provides a stats meter for all the Protein Pods you consume.

Collect Magazines

Scattered around Grapital City are magazines, and it is important that you collect them. Similar to potions they can be found in crates and once equipped in a slot will enable you to learn a brand-new move which can give you an advantage in battle.
