Sengoku Basara: Battle Heroes Cheats and Tips

At the 'Options' screen select 'Save/Load/Password' and at the 'Password' option enter Ta-ke-ru-ta-ma-shi-i (In Hiragana) to unlock the exclusive missions for the 9 starting characters (except Sanada Yukimura).

When you complete the the indicated tasks exclusive weapons and armours for Yukimura and Masamune will become available to use.

Unlock Sanada Yukimura Level 10 Weapon:

Clear Story mode on Extreme setting with 20 different characters.

Unlock Date Masamune Level 10 Weapon:

Clear Story mode on Extreme setting with ALL 30 characters.

When you complete the following tasks the corresponding exclusive weapons and armours for Yukimura and Masamune will become available options

Unlock Date Masamune Level 4 Armour:

Clear ALL levels in Challenge mode on the 'Extreme' setting.

Unlock Sanada Yukimura Level 4 Armour:

Clear ALL 50 stages in Keiji's Mission mode with 'Perfect' win

Unlock Date Masamune level 5 Armour:

Clear Story mode on any difficulty with ALL 30 characters.

Unlock Sanada Yukimura Level 5 Armour:

Clear Story mode on 'Extreme' setting with 10 different characters.

Unlock Sanada Yukimura Level 9 Weapon:

Clear ALL 50 stages in Yukimura's Mission mode with 'Perfect' win.

Unlock Date Masamune Level 9 Weapon:

Clear ALL 50 stages in Masamune's Mission mode with 'Perfect' win.

Clear the following stages of Story mode on the indicated difficulty setting to unlock the corresponding weapons level in the shop. When a weapon level has been unlocked it will become available for purchase for ALL the characters.

Unlock Level 3 Weapons:

Clear stage 2 of Story mode on Normal with any character.

Unlock Level 4 Weapons:

Clear stage 5 of Story mode on Normal with any character.

Unlock Level 5 Weapons:

Clear stage 2 of Story mode on Hard with any character.

Unlock Level 6 Weapon:

Clear stage 5 of Story mode on Hard with any character.

Unlock Level 7 Weapons:

Clear stage 2 of Story mode on Extreme with any character.

Unlock Level 8 Weapons:

Clear stage 5 of Story mode on Extreme with any character.

This feature becomes an available option when you clear any 1 of the 3 chapters in Mission mode. You do not have to complete ALL 50 missions, only 1 of the split endings has to be cleared.

Clear Story mode on any difficulty setting using the indicated amount of different characters to unlock the correspondin armour levels. When an armor has been unlocked the same level of armour becomes available to buy for each character.

Unlock Level 1 Armours:

Clear Story mode with 3 different characters.

Unlock Level 2 Armours:

Clear Story mode with 10 different characters.

Unlock Level 3 Armours:

Clear Story mode with 20 different characters.

Select the third Option at the 'Main' Menu and complete the game with the following characters to unlock the corresponding hidden Character.

Unlock Azai Nagamasa:

Beat the game with Oichi

Unlock Nou Hime:

Beat the game with Oda Nobunaga

Unlock Sarutobi Sasuke:

Beat the game with Sanada Yukimura

Unlock Honda Tadakatsu:

Beat the game with Chosokabe Motochika

Unlock Itsuki:

Beat the game with Masamune Date

Unlock Matsu:

Beat the game with Maeda Keiji

Unlock Uesugi Kenshin:

Beat the game with Kasuga
