You can achieve this via playing in the "career" mode and levelling up chosen stats. Do things like counters and such to level up Technique. Use weapons for Hardcore, run a lot for stamina etc.

Sphynxx carrer mode in smackdown vs raw 2010 not in 2011 the only way to increse super stars by go to my wwe then go to super star management and chooose your super star you will see his attributes finlay sphynxx fick it for you
You can upgrade your character for free,just do this
1.on the menu screen choose "my" and select manage superstars
2.after that go to "My" on that menu and choose superstars
3.choose your superstar and you can upgrade it's skill
