It means smash someone through the announcer's table. Get out of the ring and on the opposite side of the ramp you will see two guys talking. They are sitting at an announcer's table, rip everything off the table then break someone through it.
I usually get the guy out of the ring and lay him on the table then go back to the ring and get to the top of the turnbuckle (the corners of the ring that you can climb) and then dive on the guy on the announcer's table
