You have to find all the pieces of the treasure map and only then can you move the stone.
There are 9 pieces in no order:
One is in a clam at any open water
Two is found in a glass bottle
Three is given to you by a chimp
Four is found in a hotspring on volcano island
Five is found after diving into the pool
Six is found climbing up the volcano
Seven is found in a Tiger Shark at tidal pool
Eight is found on airplane island near the quicksand that is access through the secret place
Nine is found on Crystal island near the weird drawings
