It's in the Old Library beside the sofa that's beside the microwave. That bookcase is knocked down and I'm not sure but I think you need a body skill of 4-6 to get the will.

The will is in the bookshelf in the last row and it is knocked over, go up to the bookshel and it will say get WILL

After you intimidate and talk to her and become her friend and all that jazz and you unlock the secret, go get a body skill of 4 and go to the library, last row next to the sofa and click "Get will"(:
