Hi I'm new to this site and currently in the middle of sims 2 I have returned baby tycho to pascal but did not retrieve any other goals the only goal I can't get from the other goals is to brew a smart milk shake potion I have full logic and other skills but keeps telling me can't get it till meet requisites why what I need to do and why have I not been given any other goals please can someone help me

To brew a smart milk shake potion your cooking level needs to be 4 and you need to buy milk at the kine dairy from the girl at the cash register. I am in same spot with the goals thing. Help about to give up.

I tried talking to everyone. Actually the person I talked to was the blonde woman in the barracks, Jenny Smith.She'll tell you what to do next.
