You can start it again but with a new game+
This one isnt like FES it doesnt have the Answer part of the game.
If the new game+ is the same as FES you will start on the level you finished on with whatever was in your inventory (except special items)and I think the money you had. The ending is sad though, prepare yourself if this is the first time you have played this game. If it is the first time I'd highly recommend the Persona 3 FES for the PS2 as it is better as you see the scenes happen not described.
