you have to take Mission Rank A: Stop the 5th HOkage... i just noticed as well that you must equipped by XP% earned scrool at least 25%max... since that Mission is the longest run mission ever... you can take advantage of that.. in addition, don't use ninjutsu too much.. just attack using (square)the enemy.. and u must equipped as well a lot of healing items.....
