Leveling Up(Characters & Scrolls)

What's the Highest Level of a Character, and what's the maximum level for a Scroll? I've noticed that A Character Scroll stops leveling up at Lv.9, and that the maximum level for a Special Scroll is 25. But I don't know the Maximum Level of other Scrolls? Also, How do I obtain Character Scrolls? EX: Lv.1 Roaring Crow Scroll, Lv.1 Sand Coffin Scroll, Lv.1 Chidori Stream Scroll, etc. Depending on the Character I use, I'm still Having trouble obtaining a Roaring Crow Scroll for Kankuro, Which I'm trying to get to it's highest level. Any Ideas for getting certain Character Scrolls, and what the Highest level is for scrolls and Characters?

Well bro, the highest lvl for a character is 99 and the scrolls is 99,... But the scrolls with the goes upto 25.....hope this helps bro...

Dude, I don't know yet the limit of leveling up for character, I haven't reached 99 yet but one thing for sure, skill scroll stops leveling up when reaches level 9... Hope the info helps...

Hey dude, to get those skill scrolls go the scenarion mission number 8 and break the first 3 boxes. Use the character which you want the skill scrolls and the probability of gaining a scroll for him/her will be higher. I get skill scrolls like that Smile
