How do you beat the plesioth it is very hard all I have is the velocidrome..

I don't know any tips on how to kill a Plesioth but I know you get striped skin from a Remobra.

Well... It's weak against water, and it all depends what type of weapon your better with

Like the book says for the greatsword, just because you got a big sword, doesnt mean you got advantage upon winning

For ME, I use the long sword or greatsword, longsword for me because, well, I've been practicing a lot with it, and greatsword for me ALSO is because my friend and I used those weapons since we started monster hunter freedom ONE, so we are used to great swords

MOST people prefer sword and shield, it's quick and if you know the combos well it's VERY powerful, if you end up using sword and shield, try using a weapon with paralyze attribute or thunder attribute, paralyze will do what it says, PARALYZE IT! And if it happens, you got a LONG time to open up attacks and if your lucky, if it gets unparalyzed, maybe, JUST maybe, you will paralyze right after it exits the first one, it's awesome when that happens

I hope I helped with plesioth, to get striped skin, you get from remobra's, remobra's, to kill them, you might want to bring a greatsword or a longsword, they spend lots of their time in air and they are NOT a boss, so a few slashes from the traingle button from greatsword or longsword should make them die

Plesioth is weak to Thunder, GS like Devil Slicer is good, I use a thunder bow which makes most of his attacks useless, take lots of sonic bombs (use them when he comes out of the water to blast you)

Also when the Plesioth is in the water and hasn't seen you, use a Frog on a fishing spot and wait for the frog to disappear. You will pull the Plesioth out of the water and deal him loads of damage.

You can set traps in the places where you leaps back into the water as it is always the same place.

If the area is raining use lightning rods. When he is on land and about to fire a jet of water put one by his head. Look for the fins too go limp on his head and back this means he is weak and can be captured

Fun little trick, there's a well in the back of the place you start. If you die and need to get back into the cave, or even just want to go there, hit o next to the well to jump up on it, and jump down the well, it'll take you there.

EXCUSE ME DEVIL SLICER IS NOT A GS WELL IT IS A LONG SWORD BUT NOT GOOD EITHER FOR KILLING PLESIOTH I KNOW THAT IT IS POWERFUL BUT U CAN KILL PLESIOTH WITH IT BUT EASIER WITH A SWORD AND SHIELD SO U CAN SHIELD HIS MELEE ATTACKS WHICH IS VERY DANGEROUS

Bring traps and sonic bombs and materials to make them. Also you should probably use a SNS if your used to it and if you just started and need a good SNS w/ para atrib you should make something like viper bite on the path of snake bite. If you really want to kill him quick then use eager cleaver if you can and just stay on the opposite side of his hip check. And by the way plesioth armor isn't that great, the weapons are ok though.

Same here hate that thing what I try to do is whenever he is out of the water and does that move where he sprays water from his mouth I try to hit his head from the side opposite from the side that he swings his tail at then I try to roll away and then get him to do it again over and over I havnt been successful yet but it seems to work if you do it right
