Is there any other way to get tigrex scales,tigrex shells,tigrex claws and tigrex fangs or do I have to fight the tigrex.

Sorry, you have to fight the Tigrex to get those items. If you're having troble fighting the Tigrex, go to the forums for this game, I started one called "Monster Hunter Freedom 2", post on there and I'll help you through the quest.
