I was wondering how to unlock the special training at the training school because I beat all of them with at least one weapon type so far.thanks in advance.

To unlock some training quests beat the village elder quests for the others you need to beat the ones you already have with all the weapons there.
Example 1 : Beat the Village Tiger X for Tiger X training
Example 2: Beat Khezu & Hermitaur with all weapons and kill vilage Plesioth for Plesioth training.
