For Pale Extract, you obtain it from killing the Khezu or doing the quest with the Khezu Whelps. For Velocidrome Head, you get it from Velocidrome in the Gathering Hall(depends on which level of Velocidrome)the claw, you can get from any quests that involves Velocidromes.
