How can I get carbalite ore. Since I am a HR 1 can I get it?

How can I get pale extracts?

1. Beat the village elders quests till you can but level three mining.
2. Kill the Khezu

Yes, but you have to get to the 6* village quests and beat the lao shun lung quest. Then you ungrade kokoto farm to the mining point +2, and you can mine carbalite ore from there.

Pale extract is from a khezu

No you need to kill the lao shan lung online or offline
