How do I unlock the urgent qeust horn of the monoblos? I've done all five star qeust except handle with care and its not there.

To unlock the monoblos urgent quest you need to complete the handle with care quest. To beat the handle with care you should use a power juice you can get one by combinding catalyst and rare steak or you can trade blos fang or blos jaw to the jungle elder.
