Uuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhh... It has to be before 10 or 12 or else they leave... Don't be dissapointed if it doesnt work at first. Just make sure to go every morning BEFORE noon.
Um, I don't know if you have had this experience yet,but this happened to me while Cliff's heart is red. I went up to the mountain around 10 at night and there was Cliff. This is different than the proposal and is before the wine cellar. There are two options and I don't know witch one is better, but I chose the first one and he broke out laughing (Dont do it Cliff!),but the other one I tried confused him at first (star gazing?).Try either one, they both end up well at the end. Its nice
