swamp item please help

I don't see how I can get up to reach the swamp item in the paved courtyard when I walk over to the pipe on the wall nearby the triangle sign appears I press it and I seem to climb on an invisible rock or something but I can't grab the ledge or anything. Has anyone else had this problem or is it my game? Please help thanks

Okay, for everyone that cannot do the second swamp, you need to go up the stairs and all the way to the end so there's a wall and a black drainpipe. Climb up the drainpipe and then you'll see a ledge. Press the left button to get onto the ledge. Keep walking and doing this until you're on the side of the turret. Go up the pipe. There will be a flat spot on the roof. Walk onto it and then you'll be able to run. Run until you can see the swamp. Then cast wingardium leviosa on it to lower it. Glad I could be of help!!!
