I don't think there is one of those, the only way you can cheat for a helicopter is to get a cheatdevice but there still very hard to find anywhere online! SORRY MATE

To Get a helicopter, you must complete the mission: From zero to hero. It will unlock the maverick, sparrow and the biplane. If you want to ride the hunter, ( helicopter with machine guns and rockets ) be on the mission: over the top and go to the army base then steal the hunter. But, you ONLY get to ride it. So if you want to keep the hunter, complete the last mission: last stand. Have fun !
