ALL Ultimate Powers (Super Moves)
In total there are 12 allies in the game (Mysterion has two Ultimate Power Moves, one when he is alive and one after he dies). To activate Ultimate Power Moves you must first fill up the Ultimate Meter at the top of the screen by pressing the button prompts when they are displayed during combat. The Ultimate Power Moves can deal a lot of damage, cast healing or other status effects. Below is a video showcasing each characters Ultimate Power Up, when you have learnt them for each character you will earn the 'Orgy of Power' Trophy.

ALL Toilet Locations
In total there are 21 toilets and finding and unlocking them ALL will earn you the 'Crappin' Forte' Trophy. The toilets are ALL inside buildings and every house except Kenny's has one. Most of the restaurants will have a toilet but the stores will not. To gain access to ALL the toilets you will need to play through the story to unlock new allies and abilities. Each of the toilets will have a certain number of stars that must be earned to unlock it. When you have mastered a toilet which will involve completing a button pressing mini-game a green checkmark will appear on the toilet.

ALL Headshot Poster Locations
In total there are 8 Headshot Poster Locations which you need to find to complete the Scavenger Hunt: The Headshot Job for Mr. Adams in the Police Station. This cannot be completed at the start of the game as some areas are locked and you need to unlock new skills. The best time to attempt this is day 3-4 of the story, or after finishing the story. The video below will show you the locations of the headshot posters. Once you have ALL of them return to Mr. Adams in the police station to conclude the 'Headshot Job' Scavenger Hunt and be rewarded with two artifacts.
ALL Cat Locations
In total there are 6 Cat Locations and you need to find them for the Scavenger Hunt: Big Gay Al's Big Gay Cats. Before you attempt finding them however you will need to have learned the fart that stops time. Use this fart and run up to the cats to grab them quickly before time continues. The cats that are on trees can be knocked down using firecrackers and then use the time-stopping fart to grab them as they hit the ground. When you have found ALL 6 cats and returned them to Big Gay Al you will be rewarded the feline costume.
ALL Yaoi Art Piece Locations
When you have found ALL 40 of the Yaoi Art Pieces you will be rewarded with the Boy Love Aficionado Trophy. Note: There is a map in the basement of Bebe's house that will show you how many Yaoi Collectables there are per building.
