If you lose track of where the alien is you will still be able to hear it if you listen carefully. Stay away from drool trickling down from air ducts in the cieling as there is the likelihood the alien is waiting for you to pass underneath so it can reach down and kill you.

Track Alien

A good strategy is to keep the alien in sight whenever possilbe.
