- Allocate Points to Character Attributes
In Postknight 2 you earn EXP by killing enemies. As you get more EXP, your character's level meter will increase until it has become full. Once full you will receive points which you can then allocate to your character's attributes to make them stronger. There are four main character attributes: Strength (STR), Agility (AGI), Intelligence (INT) and Vitality (VIT).
If you allocate points to Strength you will increase the physical damage your character deals. Allocating points to Agility increases your character's critical and dodge rate. Allocating points to Intelligence increases your character's magical defense and EXP points gain. Allocating points to Vitality increases your character's health cap.
- Upgrade your Equipment before Quests
It is important that you upgrade your equipment before every quest in Postnight 2. You will be able to get the materials you require for upgrades from loot chests and drops from the enemies you defeat. If you take them to the Blacksmith they will help you with the upgrades. Listed below are the benefits your character will receive when you upgrade their equipment.
- Upgrading the Main Weapon
- Upgrading Shield
- Upgrading Armor
- Upgrading Helm
Increases attack.
Boosts ranged defense (Reduces damage received from ranged enemies by a certain number of points after every upgrade).
Increases defense against enemies.
Increases max HP by a certain number of points.
- Complete Equipment Set to get Permanent Bonus
Keep in mind that in Postknight 2 you will earn a permanent bonus when you complete an equipment set. Tap the Blacksmith to bring up a full list of equipment sets you can put together.
You will also be able to see how many items you have collected so far and what's remaining to complete a set. You need to complete all the Tier 1 sets of equipment before you get access to the Tier 2 sets which will contain better equipment and bonuses.
- Complete Delivery Quests for Quick Rewards
Delivery quests are special mini-quests that you can accept after your character is knighted. You can see a list of delivery quests by tapping the flag icon. Take on these delivery quests whenever possible as they are not difficult to complete and enable you to get loot chests and tokens that can be used to rank up your character. Keep in mind that the higher the rank of your character the better the rewards will be that you receive. These rewards include gold and EXP.
- Upgrade your Potions
In Postknight 2 you can infuse the potions you get from Alchemist Fiora's daughter with various herbs in order to make them more effective. The special herbs that you use can be acquired as drops from defeated enemies and loot chests. Different types of herbs are required to upgrade 3 unique attributes of a potion.
