Please help me, I defeated the magma and aquas, and you saw the fight I also have the legendaries but I can't open the last gym the battle is done between the 3 legendaries but the people in Sootopolys is still stuck looking in the fight but there is none I'm using walk through cheat btw

If you are using the Walk through Walls cheat, then try walking around the door (step on the building) and enter through the back. If this doesnt work, then check if Groudon and Kyogre are there. If they are, then go talk to rayquaza again. If they arent, then just use the cheat that lets you change the location of your loading zone (idk what it's called)
