Unlock Full Moon Ending

If you set the system date to a full moon phase (March 5th 2015 for example) you will see a full moon at the 'Title' screen. If you now beat the game you will see an alternate ending.

Unlock 'Endless' Ending

If you complete the game when there is not a full moon at the 'Title' screen you will get the 'endless ending'.
