To get the Legendary Craftsman achievement/trophy you must craft 50 Good Quality items. In order to unlock this achievement/trophy you must first have a Smithy, you should construct this building as soon as possible as there is a lot of crafting in Thea: The Awakening.
All 50 of the Good Quality items you are required to craft must be created within a single game, you can however salvage items for materials. It is important that you use higher-value catalysts to improve the chance of creating a Good Quality item.
To get the Overlord achievement/trophy you must win by Advancement Victory. In order to get an Advancement Victory you need to complete 3 out of the following tasks.
- Have a population of 50
- Unlocked 70% of the tech tree
- Build 3 grand buildings
- Win 40 4 skull fights (5 skulls also counts)
You can track your progress by going to 'Options' and selecting the 'Progress' menu. There you will be able to check your progression towards obtaining the achievement/trophy.
In Thea: The Awakening there are 8 gods you can play as, each with unique abilities that will help your villagers in their quest for survival. You start with 2 gods unlocked from among Morena, Veles, Horos, Svarog, Zorya, and Mokosh. The remaining four gods are unlocked one at a time randomly when you reach level 3 on any god that you have already unlocked. When you complete the cosmic Tree questline you will unlock Lada. The final god you unlock is Perun and he is unlocked by unlocking all the others.
Resist the temptation to start Thea: The Awakening with warriors as most encounters in the early game can be dealt with via non-fight challenges. It is more beneficial instead to start with a gatherer-based strategy as it will enable you to prepare for the later stages of the game. Also, if you do not start with warriors you will be given a hunter which will enable you to deal with animals. It is not until 3-skulls enemies spawn that you will have no choice but to fight.
Early in Thea: The Awakening it is recommended that you equip your gatherers with sword and shield combinations as it provides a lot of bonus armor and shield stats for characters that don't have much health, and it also makes it easier to get through fights without taking damage. In the early game the best shields you find are those made of dark wood.
