To get the On Your Toes achievement/trophy you must hold a stoppie for 2 consecutive seconds. A stoppie is a motorbike trick in which the back wheel is lifted and the bike is ridden on the front wheel by carefully applying brake pressure.
One way to do this is to play Time Attack, select your fastest motorbike, and choose the Monza circuit. Now deactivate the 'Anti Wheelie' and 'Joint Brakes' options. Then during a long straight in the race brake with the LT and try to keep a straight line, while at the same time pushing the left analogue stick forwards.
To get the Precarious Balance achievement/trophy you must hold a wheelie for 5 consecutive seconds. One way in which you can do this is to play Time Attack mode, select the Panigale V4 Speciale 2018 motorbike, and Daytona International Speedway. Now deactivate the 'Anti Wheelie' option and take a slow start, then at 20 mp/h, push and hold the left stick under and accelerate slowly. Hold for 5 seconds, and you will unlock the achievement/trophy.
In Career mode of Ride 3 you no longer pick from a list of random competitions and race, you instead select from a group of events that are connected by a particular themes which are organized into magazines. Check to see what a magazine entails and choose one based on what best suits your playstlye. Once you have made your decision focus on tailoring your choices to reflect the type of track you will be racing on in order to earn rewards more easily.
A new feature in Ride 3 is the addition of night tracks, and they are not just cosmetically different from their day counterparts. When you race on night tracks you need to identify markers and reference points for braking in the dark. As racing on night tracks is totally different it is advised that you get acquainted to the night version of a track by experimenting with them in the Time Attack mode as their gameplay perspective and visibility is different, and it will give you experience before you play them against the AI or online.
There is a large amount of content on offer in Ride 3, and it is easy to become overwhelmed with all the different tracks, motorbikes, and customization options on offer.
To begin with you need to resist the temptation to continually change motorbikes, it is more beneficial to focus your efforts for an hour or so on honing your skills on one motorbike. Once you have invested your time doing this you will have a better understanding of the game and know what to look for when choosing a bike.
Resist the temptation of playing Ride 3's higher difficulties straight away, especially if you are unfamiliar with motorbike racing games. When you begin Ride 3 you will be welcomed by an introductory race which will evaluate your skill level.
Upon completing the introductoy race the game will suggest the settings you may want to consider using for the time being. It is recommended that you play using these settings in order to learn the courses at a comfortable level, and also get accustomed to the game before moving on to the more difficult challenges on offer.
