If you go to r/VigorGame on Reddit and search [MAP INFO] on the subreddit you'll find a list of where each type of resource can be found. From there I found descriptions of the mementos' (trolls, lighters, vinyls) locations in the comments as well as on YouTube for most of the more commonly found ones.
