There is the possibility depending on the build of your gun that you will be able to equip special ammo types if you manage to hit 100% on that type. Below is a list of the different types of bullets and their capabilities.

Pierce:

This type of bullet can travel through walls and foes alike.

Bounce:

This type of bullet will bounce off of the ground and walls.

Fragment:

This type of bullet will explode into pieces and hit other enemies.

Large:

This type of bullet is lareg, the size leads to more damage.

Lead:

This type of bullet creates a spread straight from the barrel (meant for shotguns).

Homing:

Your bullets turn into missiles that track your nearest foe.

If you need to make a difficult jump you may want to consider putting your gun away so you reduce your wieght.

Your movement speed will be based on the total wieght of your gun, knife, bionic mods, and consumable items. You will be placed on one of five movement speeds depending on what it is.

Very Slow:

11.1 kg and above.

Slow:

8.1 - 11.0 kg

Normal:

5.1 - 8.0 kg

Fast:

2.1 - 5.0 kg

Very Fast:

2.0 kg and under.

If you can get close enough to them use knife the annoying enemies that hide behind cover. Knives can also possess elemental properties that can be used to exploit weaknesses.

Use the Transponder in your backpack inventory to call in an emergency first aid kit. It can also be used for dropping C4, Shock Bombs, or leaving the level if need be.

Remember that standing in an infirmary will slowly heal you over time.
