Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster PlayStation 4 Cheats and Tips

The following Colsseum Cups become unlocked when you complete the corresponding task. To enter the Colossum you must talk to Shinra in the Airship.

Aeon Cup:

Capture the eight required creatures and release them when their Fiend Tales are completed.

Almighty Shinra Cup (replaces Fiend World Cup):

Complete Omega Weapon's Fiend Tale.

Cactuar Cup:

Win the Grand Cup under the Hard difficulty 3 times, then win it again by defeating the Cactuar team.

Chocobo Cup:

Win the Grand Cup under the Hard difficulty, then win it again by defeating the Chocobo team.

Demon Cup:

Capture the appointed fiends, raise ALL their SL, and release them.

Farplane Cup:

Win ALL other tournaments except for the Almighty Shinra Cup.

Fiend World Cup:

Capture and train a specific succession of demonic creatures.

Grand Cup:

Win the Standard Cup under the Hard difficulty.

Grand Cup Hard:

Win the Grand Cup 3 times.

Large Cup Hard:

Win the Large Cup.

Large Cup:

Win the Regular Har Cup.

Regular Cup Hard:

Win the Regular Cup 4 times.

Sabotenda Cup:

Win the Large Hard Cup 4 times.

Standard Cup Hard:

Win the Standard Cup 3 times.

Youth League Cup:

Win the Grand Hard Cup 6 times.

The following endings will become unlocked when you complete the corresponding tasks.

Bad:

Take too long during the final Boss sequence.

Normal:

Hear no whistles in the Farplane in Chapter 3.

Sad:

During Chapter 3 hear 4 whistles in the Farplane and have a file completion less than 75%.

Happy:

During Chapter 3 hear 4 whistles in the Farplane and have a file completion between 75% and 100%.

True:

During Chapter 3 hear 4 whistles in the Farplane and have a file completion of 100%.

When you complete ALL the Fiend Tales for the following monsters the Aeon Cup will become unlocked. To complete a Fiend Tale you must capture the monster, raise their Experience by 5 levels and then release them in the Creature History menu where they evolve into Aeons. The Aeon Cup will become unlocked when ALL the monsters have evolved.

Chapter 1-4 (Besaid Island):

Large trap pod - Flame Dragon (Ifrit)

Chapter 2 (Moonflow, Bevelle, Calm Lands):

Small trap pod - Flan Blanco (Shiva)

Chapter 3-5 (Mi'ihen Highroad, Zanarkand Ruins):

Small trap pod - Mycotoxin (Valefor)

Chapter 5 (Bevelle):

Medium trap pod - Critical Bug (Yojimbo)

Chapter 5 (Bevelle):

Large trap pod - Azi Dahaka (Bahamut)

Chapter 5 (Bikanael Desert - after completing mission):

Large trap pod - Jumbo Cactuar (Magus Sisters)

Chapter 5 (Bevelle - after clearing at least Cloister level 20):

Large trap pod - Aranea (Anima)

Chapter 5 (Thunder Plains - after clearing Thunder Plains ):

Large trap pod - Machina Striker (Ixion)

This feature will become available when you have completed the game. In New Game+ you will begin with the rare items and abilities from your previous game.

When you complete the following tasks the corresponding Aeon will become unlocked.

The Magus Sisters:

When you have the Blossom Crown and Flower Scepter, open the door at the rear of Remium Temple.

Anima:

Solve the Destruction Sphere puzzle in ALL 5 main Cloisters of Trials, then go to the Baaj Temple.

Yojimbo:

When you have the Airship, enter the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth in the Calm Lands.

Enter the following X and Y coordinates to travel to the corresponding destination.

Baaj Temple:

Enter X11, Y57

Besaid Falls:

Enter X29, Y73

Mi'ihen Ruins:

Enter X33, Y55

Omega Ruins:

Enter X69, Y33

Sanubia Sands:

Enter X12, Y41

When you have the airship enter the following case sensitive passwords (without the quotes) using the 'Input' feature in the airship command list.

Auron's Murasama Katana:

Bears 1 MP cost ability:

Enter 'MURASAME'

Rikku's Victorious Armour:

Nullifies 3 types of elemental attack

Enter 'VICTORIOUS'

Rikku's Godhand Celestial Weapon:

'Enter GODHAND'
