The Essence of a Chosen is required for the final upgrade for ALL Enhancements. There are 5 that are dropped from a mini boss and 1 that can be purchased after you defeat the first 6 sin bosses. To get the 'Balance in All Things' trophy you will need to upgrade 5 enhancements to the maximum. The Video below will show you where to find the enhncements and how to upgrade them.

2:10 — Essence of a Chosen Location #3: Cargo Ship

Chapter: The Depths

3:40 — Essence of a Chosen Location #4: Forgotten Lake

Chapter: Scar

4:50 — Essence of a Chosen Location #5: At the final checkpoint. After hitching a ride on the lift platforms, follow the path left until you reach The Grock boss fight.

Ulthane's Store

5:25 — Essence of a Chosen Location #6: Can be found in Ulthane’s Store and becomes available to buy from Ulthane after defeating your 6th sin boss. You can buy 'Essence of a Chosen' for 5,000 in-game currency.
