This walkthrough was made entirely by me and cannot be copied without my permission. ********************************************************************** CONTENT I am making this walkthrough because I think a walkthrough should be made for each game. This walkthrough is to help out anybody that needs help or information with the game. I understand most people think that there is no point for having a walkthrough for this type of game, I beg to differ. Most high level golfers might not find much need for a guide like this, but I think the majority of people will. ********************************************************************** VERSION HISTORY 03/24/09 Version 1.4. I plan on the future adding a controls section. ********************************************************************** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1) How many walkthroughs have you done already? This is my fifth. I have an item breakdown for Final Fantasy Mystic Quest and I have a challenge walkthrough for Final Fantasy VII. Initial equipment, No accessories, No materia challenge :). I also made a Hot Shots Golf 3: Out of Bounds walkthrough and one for the PSP as well. 2) Why did you decide to do it? I did it because I got bored and some of them were a pain so I thought I would share my hints with everyone. ********************************************************************** TROPHIES BRONZE TROPHIES: Trophy: 10 Description: Take 10 inhabitants for a ride. Hints: Really simple just hold the L3 to the left and the R3 button to the right to grow really big. Try and stretch across the whole screen. Then wait for 10 people to hop on. Make sure you are on a stage with alot of people and very little activity with flying saucers or vehicles. The easy part is getting people to ride you, the hard part is getting them to stay on. Just keeping holding your snake steady and you will get 10 people to ride on you. *************** Animals also count as inhabitants, so a map with lots of animals is just as good as ones with lots of people. CREDIT to Mookiethebold for this information **************** Trophy: 100 Description: Stretch Boy to a length of 100m. Hints: Okay this one is simple because you don't need 100m exactly, just hit it and go past it. Just keep stretching out by holding the L3 button to the left and the R3 button to the right. ***** You mention in several places that you stretch Boy by using L3 and R3. L3 and R3 are usually only used to mean pushing down on the stick to activate their button click (rather than just meaning the sticks themselves). To stretch Boy you actually don't need to click the sticks - you can just use them normally - so I'd change this in the guide to L-stick and R-stick to make it clear that you don't need to push them in at the same time. CREDIT To Badman_Monkey for this information ***** Trophy: 20 Description: Eat 20 inhabitants. Hints: Another simple one, all you need to do is eat people with the L2 button. Make sure to only press it when you are about to eat them because they will run away scared if you miss. Make sure to aim for smaller people because they are easier to eat. Trophy: BOY Quiz Expert Description: Answer all the questions in the BOY Quiz. Hints: Its the quiz you take when you start the game. Its really simple just follow the directions. You keep doing it til you get it right so just keep trying. Trophy: Bye-Bye BOY Description: Meet up with Bye-Bye BOY. Hints: You meet up with Bye-Bye Boy by quitting in your house. Enter your house then use the options to quit game that appear above your house. You will get the trophy as you are leaving the game. Trophy: The BOY House Description: Rotate the roof of the BOY House Hints: All you need to do is enter your house and rotate the roof. You can rotate the roof by using the Right Stick. Pushing up or down on the Right Stick will turn the BOY house roof clockwise/counterclockwise.. CREDIT to feitclub for correcting me on the buttons used for rotating the house Trophy: The Space Squirrel Description: Find the space squirrel. Hints: Really simple just find the squirrel. All you need to do is report your length to the girl and the space squirrel will appear. CREDIT to feitclub for correcting me on how to get the squirrel SILVER TROPHIES: Trophy: 765 Description: Report a length of exactly 765m to GIRL. Hints: Okay this is another easy one but it can be frustrating. What you need to do is build a total length of 765m exactly. You can monitor you current status by holding the L3 button to the right and then press the start button. If you notice you are already over 765m, you will need to report it to GIRL to reset your stats back to 0. You can report to her by holding L3 up and pressing the start button. Just keep stretching your Noby out and be careful when you get close to 765. When you get close to that mark shrink down your noby. Then start pressing the L3 left and the R3 left very lightly. You will grow 1m at a time and then stop at 765. Trophy: The Prince Description: Take the Prince for a ride Hints: Okay the Prince is on the moon. If you go to the moon you may have noticed a huge person wearing a crown, normal sized person wearing a crown, and a really small person. You need to take the really small person for a ride for the trophy. The Prince might not always be there so just change planets to the earth and go back to the moon until he is there. *************** The Prince - He can be found on Earth on a map with lots of Katamaris falling/rolling around. Katamaris are basically just large round balls of various colors with bumps on them. There is also a Moon map populated by nothing but Prince's. I've seen this map lots of times, so it shouldn't be too hard to come across. And you said to change planets if you don't get the map you need, but I assume you meant stay in the house and change *maps*, not planets. CREDIT to Mookiethebold for this information **************** Trophy: Combined Character Description: Create a combined character by eating an animal and a human or a fruit and a human. Hints: Okay I had a little trouble with this trophy so I will show how you how I did it. I did it on the earth planet. What I did was I ate a dog and then a human. You eat the people with the L2 button and then you fart them out with the R2 button. When you do that they will both come out at the same time and you got the trophy. I have tried to do this with fruit but I never had success with it. Trophy: Unproportional Description: Make BOY's head grow thicker while keeping his head small Hints: Okay this is the hardest trophy, this should be the gold one. It took me a while to figure this out but I will take this through 2 steps. Step 1: Make a big butt :) First stretch out your noby between 50-75m and go on an eating spree. It does not matter what you eat. As you eat, you should notice your NOBY has the food throughout its body. Now once you have filled your NOBY with food, you are going to hold the L3 button down to shrink your NOBY to small. When he is shrunk down, you should notice you have a bigger butt. Repeat this process 5 times. You should notice at some point your butt is not getting any bigger. Step 2: Shrink that head :) Okay now that you grew a big butt, you need to shrink your head. You need to stay in a shrunken state for this. Go around the map and eat three things then Click the L3 button once and hold it in. When you do this, you should notice your head getting a little smaller. So go around eat 3 things, then hold L3. Since your head will get smaller, you will only be able to eat small things. Keep doing this and you will get the trophy :) GOLD TROPHY: Trophy: Eat Your Words! Description: Eat the Words NOBY NOBY BOY within the manual or in the staff credits. Hints: You need to be careful because when you go into the manual to do this, you need to eat only the words NOBY NOBY BOY. If you eat anything else, you will have to exit out of the manual and then go back in. You get to the manual by pressing the select button. When you get there you can eat words with the L2 Button. Eat the words in this order N-O-B-Y-N-O-B-Y-B-O-Y. If you do this, you will get the trophy.
