When you complete the following tasks the corresponding item will become available for Playstation Home.

Unlock Light-Speed Shoes:

During the game unlock the light-speed shoes and then when you load the save file after booting the game a second time it will be available in Playstation Home.

Unlock Sonic Adventure T-Shirt:

Load a save data which has ALL the characters stories cleared for the T-Shirt to be available in Playstation Home.
