You cannot get rid of that meter. If you would like to lower it, you must delete items in your lot to decrease the fire hazard.

Please help I been crying ......please anyo
Guest answered:

I noticed the fire meter going up while I was deleting items! Try not buy/sell and then buy the same or similar item again. Maybe that will help that it doesn't go up as fast.

Guest answered:

IKR I hate fire meters. But I also don't want my house to brn down eiher. OK so here is what I've experiened when you notice you're fire meter is almost full save and quit. Then in a couple days go back to it sometimes the fire meter goes down. And if you have to repeat.Unfortunately I never get to finish my houses bc I want too much. But I hope that this helps someone else.

I'm making my real life house on The Sims 3 Pets, and my fire meter is already full. I've only added about 10 pieces of furniture. Guess my house will burn to the ground in real life if a fire starts.

Guest answered:

Just try to make sure you do not have your inventory packed

Guest answered:

You can also add items that have a higher environment number. They bring less fire stuff on the bar.

Guest answered:

Drapes, flowers, counters, rugs, scrap, outside plants, special seeds (such as life fruit seeds. One thing is that as they grow, they raise the meter.), and cabinets. Try saving and quitting several times when you add all of the hazardous objects, so that you'll have enough space for things like beds.

Guest answered:

I baught a big house cause you want to start a family. I didnt add anything. But I started a garden and the Meter went up majorly with every damn peace of fruit or seed I put down. Wtf

No Swearing Please. Lol.
And Also The Fruits Will Obviously Make The Fire Metre Go Up Because It’s An Object - The Same As Everything Else The Fire Meter Reacts To
