To cure the vampireism? I suggest to talk to Polimus in the Arcane University.

gamefreakgabe answered:

O.o You do now how general that is...right? If it wasn't for the questionable title, people would have a hard time figuring it out. If you Mean Vampfire [My best guess] then you just manage to get yourself bitten, by a vampire. Lawl. Here is a link that explains it all. http://faqs.ign.com/articles/698/698787p1.html

vegeta SSJ4 answered:

If you are a vampire you have to talk to Raminus Polimus at the Arcane University. If you are not a vampire you have to ask Vicente Valtieri to bite you (if you are ranked high enough in the Dark Brotherhood).

Snake~Eater answered:

Dunno what you mean, theres like..2

If you mean becoming a vampire, you can either get the disease from fighting a vampire(2% chance) or from the one dark brotherhood guy (whose name I can't remember) after doing a few of the dark brotherhood quests. If you mean the cure, ask him about it or one of the chapel preists, and you can figure it out from there
