where can i find a faction outpost or post and what does it look like? my max fuel is stuck at 300 how do u find a faction post or outpost to raise it?

Well first if you want more faction outposts go to the UP HQ and enter the building and they should tell you to go get another faction outpost and once you do you can shop there and you can buy fuel upgrades
