How do you beat new town I have gotten 997,120 and can't find anything else to destroy there is this house that keeps disappearing and reappearing but I can't destroy it any help

Have you tried the bounty hunter bombs? If you haven't, then do anything you can. Even killing civilians will get you several thousand coins.
I was at the same number. I know it's nearly a decade later, but if anyone else is here, park the fire truck near the church and it will allow force using to save the cat on top of the church. Good luck
