You complete Stevie's car missons, and get like 5% towards your 100% completion. You can also take cars to him, to sell for extra cash after this is complated. Any car except the old service vehicles (police, fire brigade, taxi etc). They are all at extremely low prices, like $12k for the best cars, but whatever.

The point for doing all of the stevie car missions is to get 100 percent in the game

100% and use the cheat for a turismo and drive it into the garage for $10000.It works with all delivered cars but some hve better money than otheres.

That and you can "Sell" other random cars by driving them in Steve's Garage. Better the quality the car, more money you will get.

You get 2% game completion and for evey car you bring to the garage it will yeid money. The better the condition the more cash you can earn

Yeah you can only get I believe 5% to the 100% you are looking for in the game.
