Are there any cars that have hydrolics. I've beaten the game already and I doubt there are any cars that have it. But I just want to make sure

Well, I certainly haven't found any cars with hydraulics. There is no way to modify cars either, so yeah, sucks much.

Nope, none of them contan hydraulics.
Rockstar might add them in the future, but it's doubtful.
