Please answer as Fast as Possible!
If I buy the expansion 'The Dark Below' on an another account because of the region of the psn code, Will I be able to play it on the other account?
Note: Both of the accounts are on the same ps3 device.

You should be able to play it, however the account holder of the DLC should be set as the primary account on the PlayStation 3. That way, any additional accounts can access the DLC. The other player can activate your account as the primary account on their PlayStation, and they could play your games and their games. You can play their games and your own. Very simple sharing.
