There are 4 lamps, one behind where the bus is in the start, 2 in the fog, and 1 in front of the lonely shed near the diner(not in fog). What you do is you put a turbine is front of a lamp, then you go into the fog and attract a denizen of the forest to jump on you, then go behind the turbine and the denizen will create and jump into a portal on the floor. Then all you have to do is jump in the portal to spawn out of one of the 3 other lamps.
P.S: You have to JUMP in the portal, not walk into it.
