The M220 TOW Launcher, Centurion C-Ram, 9M133 Kornet Launcher, and the Pantsir S-1 are the Mobile AA.
They are the gunners and launchers that are stationed at/near your teams base. You see them on wide open maps. Mostly in outside maps that have jets and/or tanks.

The BM-23 Russian made MRLS, mounted on a truck, also ha Anti Aircraft capabilities. The 9K22 Tunguska Mobile Surface to Air. The M-142Mobile Rocket Artillery for the US Marine Corps can destroy armored vehicles
And ground troops, and has Anti-Aircraft capabilities also...
