   SYSTEM & CONTROLS

u = up, d = down, f = towards opponent, b = away from opponent, db/df/uf/ub =
combinations of the other four.

LP button is for light punch (default Square Button)
LK button is for light kick (default X Button)
HP button is for hard punch (default Triangle Button)
HK button is for hard kick (default Circle Button)
Press Select button to taunt the opponent if selected.

Circle button also confirms selection and Square button automatically cancels
a selection in "choosing" situations.

ub/u/uf jumps away, straight up, or towards opponent.
b/f moves away or towards opponent.
b blocks high and middle attacks but not low attacks. Using it in the air will
block most aerial attacks.

db blocks low and middle attacks but not high or overhead attacks.

LP+LK when knocked down does a recovery roll. When blocking it guard cancel
rolls but rolls forward when holding forward and both require stocks.

HP+HK is a knockdown attack that can also be done in the air. When blocking,
it will knock back the opponent but use up a stock.

If dizzy or in a grab move, press LP+LK+HP (L1 button) and your teammate will
come to your aid if he/she is unbeaten or close by.

There are 3 modes: Advanced, Extra and the newest mode: Ultimate. The facial
expression system has been removed.



Advanced System
---------------
Just like in KOF98' there is a guage at the bottom that fills up everytime you
do a special move or land a hit or get hit. Everytime you fill it a stock will
emerge. You can hold up to three stocks for the first fighter, four stocks for
the second fighter and five stocks for the last fighter. Stocks are need to do
the following: Guard Cancel Roll/Attack, Desperation Moves, Power Up to MAX.

In Max Mode, using a Desperation Move becomes a Super Deperation Move.

Press L1 (LP+LK+SP) to enter Max Mode.

f,f and b,b run towards and backs away from the opponent.


Extra System
------------
f,f and b,b hops back and forward

LP+LK is a dodge move. Attacking during the dodge will perform the Dodge Attack
move.

Can mix up the properties of Advanced and Extra Modes.

      EXTRA NOTES
o--------------------o

Each character has eight colors. In addition to the LP, LK, HP, and HK colors
are LP+LK, LK+HP, HP+HK and LP+HK. Oddly enough most fighters' LP+LK color has
something special related to them. Ex: Ralf's LP+LK is Clark's LP color and
vice versa. The only exception found so far is Kasumi possibly. There will be a
color chart in a future update. Count on it.

Some of the characters were given new moves and some of them are extensions of
their regular moves. Clark's Napalm Strike looks like his Napalm Stretch and
Vice's Dying Fetus looks like her Mithan's Robe on startup but it takes on the
properties of her Withering Surface DM.

8. Kyokugenryu Medley

   Used Character: Eiji Kisargi or Kasumi Todoh
   Versus: EX Yuri, EX Robert, EX Ryo, and Takuma in that order
   What to do: No foolproof advice here but I will say that if you can't beat
               Yuri then you fucking suck and shouldn't bother playing the
               challenge mode. She offers little to no resistance. As you move
               along, it gets harder as Ryo, Robert, and Takuma step up the
               difficulty when you reach them. You only have one lifebar which
               regains some power when you beat one of them. Eiji's new Kagenui
               is a good move to use here.

9. Use a middle jump -> stand attack -> special move combo.
   Difficulty: ****
   Used Character: Anyone
   Versus: Benimaru Nikaido
   What to do: I fucking hated this one. You have to do a short shadow jump by
               pressing down then taping up/forward and land an attack which is
               the hardest part to do. The rest is history after you land that
               first attack depending on your character.

10. Guard Crush the opponent and quickly land another hit
    Difficulty: ***
    Used Character: Anyone
    Versus: Clark Still
    What to do: Use any string of attacks that Guard Crushes Clark and lets you
                get another hit in while he is stunned.

11. Counter opponents jump attack with an Oniyaki 5 straight times
    Difficulty: *
    Used Character: Kyo
    Versus: Ralf Jones
    What to do: When you see Ralf jump time your (f,d,df + P) to counter his
                attack 5 times in a row. Mess up and it resets to 0.

12. Combo into a Desperation Move
    Difficulty: *

    What to do: I used Yuri's close C -> Hien Rekkou (d,df,f)x2 + P

13. Quick Dodge special combo
    Difficulty: **

    What to do: Use any character that can attack -> Quick Dodge -> attack ->
                Special Move.

14. Quick Max special combo
    Difficulty: * (with R1), ** (without using R1)
    Used Character: Anyone (EX mode)
    Versus: Athena Asamiya
    What to do: Attack, LP+LK+SP (R1), special move.

15. Fatal Fury Medley
    Difficulty: *, ** for Krauser
    Used Character: Geese Howard or EX Geese
    Versus: EX Yamazaki, EX Mary, EX Mai, EX Joe, EX Andy, Kim, Krauser, and 
            EX Terry in that order.
    What to do: Use EX Geese and Double Reppuken and Double Shippuken your way
                to victory against all except Krauser who should be the only
                one to give you hell. Against him, rely on getting as many hits
                in as you can. Once he is down then Terry is a pushover.

16. Use a 50% combo to defeat the opponent
    Difficulty: *
    Used Character: Anyone
    Versus: 
    What to do: Use Orochi Yashiro's Hoeru Daichi SDM and charge it all the way
                and once he releases it, fight is over.

17. Same as Mission 6 except there is now Quick Dodging
    Difficulty: *
    Used Character: Anyone
    Versus: Yuri Sakazaki
    What to do: Spam Goro's Jirashin (f,d,df + LP) and that's it.

18. Use 3 straight Raging Storm Counters
    Difficulty: ***

    What to do: Use the Raging Storm as Mai jumps in to attack 3 straight times
                but if you mess up the counter resets at 0. To make it easier,
                use the (f,df,d,db,b)x2, df + P motion

19. Normal Attack -> Command Attack -> Desperation Move combo
    Difficulty: ****
    Used Character: Goro Daimon
    Versus: Chizuru Kagura
    What to do: This is tough, you must combo the Zujo Barai into the Jigoku 
                Gokuraku Otoshi DM. So the combo goes:
                A -> df + HK -> (f,df,d,db,b)x2 + P

20. Quick Max n Quick Dodge Super Combo
    Difficulty: ***
    Used Character: Kyo Kusanagi
    Versus: Brian Battler
    What to do: Use his Goufu You (f+B) -> Quick Max during first hit -> 
                Quick Dodge -> Dodge Attack -> Orochinagi

21. Orochi Clan Medley
    Difficulty: ****
    Used Character: Kyo, Iori and Chizuru
    Versus: Yamazaki, Mature, Vice, Orochi Yashiro, Orochi Shermie,
            Orochi Chris, Goenitz, and Orochi in that order.
    What to do: Chizuru's Kotowari is said to work well for the whole mission
                but against some characters, Kyo's R.E.D. Kick beats the hell
                out of some of them especially Goenitz and Orochi depending on
                the version used.

22. Juggle Opponent with 4 special moves in a row
    Difficulty: ****
    Used Character: EX Kyo
    Versus: King
    What to do: Do a Strong 75 Shiki Kai for 2 hits (d, df, f + HK, HK) -> Weak
                Oboro Kuruma (b, d, db + LK), Quick Max, another Weak Oboro 
                Kuruma, and an Oniyaki in the corner.

23. Deal 70% damage in one combo
    Difficulty: *****
    Used Character: Anyone
    Versus: Takuma Sakazaki
    What to do: Use Kasumi, it takes timing to get the distance right but use
                her Chou Kasane Ate SDM at maximum power and then do the DM
                version of it. It is possible to do another SDM version instead

24. Do a 26 hit combo

    What to do: MAX, Crossup with an LK -> 6 d + LK -> d + LP -> Quick MAX ->

                away. You can also hit Ralf with an HP then do a GP yourself.
                He will hit you and you will return the favor and beat him.

                -> Weak Trap Shot (f,d,df + LK), QuickMAX, Weak Tornado Kick.

30. Boss Medley
    Difficulty: **
    Used Character: Anyone
    Versus: Orochi Iori, Orochi Leona, Goenitz, Omega Rugal, and Orochi in that
            order.
    What to do: Use EX Geese. Use the Double Reppuken all day on everyone
                except Omega Rugal. He is a little tougher. However, if you
                stand a little out of range of his Genocide Cutter then you can
                spam the Double Reppuken to hit him when he goes for the
                Genocide Cutter everytime.
