-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I. Chi-Chi's Biography T1
=======================================================================
Chi-Chi is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball series. A human, she is the
wife of Son Goku, the mother of Son Gohan and Son Goten, as well as the daughter
of the Ox King.

Chi-Chi is a slang term for "breasts" or "milk" in Japanese. She is often
depicted as a sometimes nagging (especially in the anime), overprotective but
fundamentally well-meaning woman, very similar to the sterotypical overbearing
sho-nen anime mother. This is somewhat understandable given the dangerous nature
of her family's interests, which does little to quell her nervousness. Chi-Chi
plays several roles in the series, such as a wife, mother, grandmother, trainer,
and teacher. Personality-wise, she is stubborn, fiesty, outgoing, determined,
ambitious, gutsy, bold, and slightly naive. She is also very loyal to the ones
she loves and willing to help anyone in need.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
II. Chi-Chi's Movelist T2
=======================================================================

Legend: I use the numberpad directions for movements.

		7 8 9

		4 5 6

*Note: All damage ratings were performed on a standard issue Goku.

----------Light Homing Attack----------

Command: Light + Guard -or- R1

Description: Dashes a screen's length towards the position of the opponent when
the command was executed, executing a strking elbow.

Insight: Once contact has been made, Chi-Chi can follow up with the following:
Power Pole Attack, Power Slugger, Super Power Slugger, Power Pole
Tornado or a Heavy Homing Attack.

Damage: 8

Usefulness: ***

----------Heavy Homing Attack----------

Command: Heavy + Guard -or- R2

Description: Dashes a screen's length towards the position of the opponent when
the command was executed, executing a strking knee attack.

Insight: Since Chi-Chi can achieve a maximum of 7 action bars, she can really
keep up the heat with this move.

Damage: 17

Usefulness: ***

----------Dashing Light Attack----------

Command: 66 -or- 44 -or- 22 -or- 11 Light

             opponent into the air.

Insight: Bread and Butter of all juggles. Chi-Chi can follow up this attack with
the following: Combiation A, Dashing Light Attack, Power Pole Attack,
Power Slugger, Banana Fan, Power Pole Tornado, Super Power Slugger.

Damage: 15

Usefullness: ****

----------Dashing Heavy Attack----------

Command: 66 -or- 44 -or- 22 -or- 11 Heavy

Description: Chi-Chi performs a 180 degree spin, followed by twin falling, open
palm attacks on both sides of her.

Insight: This move should always precede the Dashing Light Attack, as you can
follow up with one and then lead into the follow up attacks listed for
the Dashing Light Attack. However, it is slighty better to use the
Power Pole Tornado after the Dashing Heavy Attack rather than after the
         Dashing Light Attack.

Damage: 23

Usefullness: ****

----------Jumping Light Attack----------

----------Jumping Heavy Attack----------

Command: 8 Heavy

Insight: Chi-Chi is one of the few with a multi-striking jumping attack.

----------Throw----------

Command: Light + Heavy -or- L1

Description: Chi-Chi grabs the opponent with both hands, procedes to kick the
opponent 6 times. Each kick slowing rises the opponent higher into
the air. The 6th kick launches them into the air, then Chi-Chi
perfroms a 180 degree spin somersault into the air and finishing
with a bicycle kick on the opponent.

Insight: Chi-Chi has the fastest executing throw in the game. As with all
throws, you may either lauch them in the direction you are facing or
behind you by holding the appropriate direction while executing the
         throw.

Damage: 4-4-4-4-4-4-18 = 42

Usefullness: ***

----------Ki Blast (Banana Fan Gust Shot)----------

             towards the opponent.
(Light Version) Mini gust travels at an average pace
(Heavy Version) Mini gust travels at a slightly faster pace

Insight: Here we have our generic Ki blast that is present in all Dragonball
games, but with a Chi-Chi twist on it ;)

Damage (Light): 10
Damage (Heavy): 11

Usefullness: **

----------Combination A----------

Insight: When performing this move, if you hold the button used to initiate the
attack you can charge this move. The longer the button is held, the
farther the Power Pole will extend. However, there is no additional
	 damage.

              upon contact.

Insight: By using the direction keys up of down, you may guide the power slugger
in its initial frames of animation to either the left or right of Chi-Chi. It
will also attempt to return to Chi-Chi if it misses its target.

Damage: 10-10 = 20

Usefulness: ***

----------Banana Fan----------

Command: 46 Light or Heavy

description: Uses the Banana Fan to create a homing tornado.
(Light Version) Jumps a short distance, then quickly chases its target
(Heavy Version) Jumps a large distance, then slowly chases its target

bite your opponent in the butt.

Damage: 17

Usefulness: ***

----------Feng Shui----------

Command: 64 Light or Heavy

description: Uses the Banana Fan to create a giant stationary tornado lasting 8
seconds, hitting twice if the opponent were to come into contact.
(Light Version) Creates the tornado directly infront of Chi-Chi
(Heavy Version) Creates the tornado a person's length infront of Chi-Chi

Insight: Provides excellent defense against projectiles and those who like to
         rush you.

Damage (Heavy Version): 5-5 = 10

Usefulness: *****

----------Tsuten Swirl----------

Description: Chi-Chi uses the Bana Fan to swirl up a giant wind, i.e. turning
any Banana Fan tornado on the screen into a giant stationary
             tornardo.

Insight: Useful to some, but I find it too time consuming. However, if you are
patient you can have the battlefield covered in tornados for a few
         seconds.

Usefulness: **

----------Super Power Slugger----------

Command: 214214 Light or Heavy

Description: Chi-Chi hurls a super version of the Power Slugger, hitting 5 times
             upon contact.

Insight: Same thing as the Power Slugger, just super :)

Damage: 15-10-10-9-9 = 53

Usefulness: ***

----------Power Pole Tornado----------

Command: 246246 Light or Heavy

Description: Chi-Chi rasies the Power Pole over her head, extended,
and begins to quickly spin it around.

Insight: This technique will last much longer if you mash the attack buttons.
However, if you alternate between the Light and Heavy attacks, Chi-Chi will
begin to take flight and leave the ground. When she is in the air, you can guide
her movements closer to your oppnent adding further damage. Don't fret if you
can get it your first try, the alternations must happen extremely fast. It also
deflect certain incoming projectiles.

*Note* : The Highest combo I have been able to achieve with this move is a total
         of 21 hits.

Damage (Hits 1 through 13): 10-5-5-4-4-4-3-3-3-3-2-2-2
*Damage Note: Each hit after the 14th hit does 1 point of damage
