=============================================================================
Hi. I'm back on my third FAQ :P
This FAQ is about the newly released Star Wars game, based on 'The Clone Wars'
TV series, and takes place between the 1st season and 2nd season of the show.
It is a 3rd person action, with the main gameplay vary (Read section below).

I am sorry if I did mispelling, or grammar/vocabulary faults, I've tried my
best (I don't live in an English-Language country). If you find disturbing
errors or others, please contact me and I will correct and update it. Also
if you got feedbacks or content adding, you can also contact me.

What's weird is that I found this game fun, good, and entertaining (But most
say it is bad).. I don't know why. Well, let's move on !

=============================================================================
2. Basics                                                       [CWOVR]

=============================================================================
                           ||....Basic Notes....||
=============================================================================
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
A. Jedi
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jedis are the main gameplay for this game. They use Lightsaber (Melee) as
main weapon - along with Lightsabers Combo Variations - and Force (Ranged).
They are also able to jump and performing 'Droid-Jak': jacks a Droid and then
use them as a weapon, similar to 'Crash: Mind Over Mutants' Mutant Jacks.
Puzzles involving Jedi characters are generally about 'platform-jumping's,
though some also involves console jackings, etc.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
B. Troopers
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Some levels put you as the Troopers. Their basic weapons are blasters with
secondary weapons such as Thermal Detonators or Rail Guns. They can also do
Melee, and sometimes also has jetpacks on their back, making them able to
fly (They can't jump..). They can also hack consoles in order to progress
the mission. They are fun to play, actually.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
C. Vehicles
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
1. STAP (Singe Trooper Aerial Platform)
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Available in Jedi missions. Sometimes you need to steal this vehicle from
Droids (Use Droid-Jak Move to steal) or sometimes it is available in the
area. It is fast, but sometimes its speed makes us hard to control it. It is
also capable to fire lasers.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
2. AT-RT (All Terrain Recon Transport)
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
In some levels, you must ride this vehicle (As a Trooper). You cannot drop
in / out of this vehicle, but why do you want to do so ? This vehicle is
fast but still in control, and also very strong. It is also able to jump.
In AT-RT levels, take the advantage to gain as many points as you can.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
3. AT-TE (All Terrain Tactical Enforcer)
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Okay, you can't control it. But unless, you can ride on it. These huge
vehicles play quite big role in your mission progress, e.g. to move up to
the top of a mountain, etc. However, it is too slow, making you always feel
want to jump off from this vehicle to another (Don't do that).

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
D. Challenges
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
In missions, you will find challenges. This challenge point is usually
found in mid-level, after defeating waves of enemies (So do not quickly run
after an ambush !) or solving a puzzle. It is represented as a green,
transforming holographic. It will put you against your friend (Or CPU) in a
competition, depends on the objectives. There are many types of Challenge,
but.. Okay, read section [7. Challenges].

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
E. Droid-Jak
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Droid-Jak is a move that can be performed by Jedi by jumping on Droids, and
then 'hijack' them using their lightsaber, using them as a weapon. This
Droid-Jak helps in solving puzzles or progressing through missions. Boss
Fights also involves this move. You can jack all Droids, with each Droid has
each own ability (Upgradeable).

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
F. Pickups
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are several Pickups that you will find along the game. They are:

===========
+ Points +
===========
To upgrade, you can use these points. It is the blue glowing sphere that
you will find along the way, as well as after an enemy's death.

============
+ Upgrades +
============
There are several kinds of this temporary upgrades:

> Blue Upgrade
> Red Upgrade
> Purple Upgrade
> Yellow Upgrade (Cheat Only)

Each color has its own power; I haven't discovered each power except the
yellow one, that will fill your Combo Bar fully.

================
+ Sec. Weapons +
================
Shapes similar like a CP (from Star Wars Battlefront), but projects a weapon
Hologram above it. Take it and you will get a Sec Weapon. However, if you
still have full ammount of Sec. Weapon Ammo, you cannot pick up another
Weapon.

=============================================================================
3. Controls / Moves List [CWCTR]

  vehicle (STAP).
+ Pressing TRIANGLE Button will make your character do a Force Push. However,
  in certain conditions, it is also used to deflect Bullets, or pulling
  objects (Button-Prompts only).
+ The O button is only used to destroy Chameleon Droid. You can't slide in
  other situation, though it's cool.
+ Force Push is chargeable.
+ R1 is used to accept challenge, press in the Challenge Point.
+ When you are hanging on a ledge and want to get down, press L2 and your

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Troopers Controls Note
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
+ Press SQUARE in front of a console to hack it (Prompted). Once you enter
  the Hacking Screen, use the Left Analog Stick to control the Rings.
+ This game has a pretty tricky Aiming / Shooting system. Using the Right
  Analog Stick will make your character shoot their weapon, and moving the
  Right Analog will control their aiming. This system is pretty hard to use,
  so I reccomend the basic system (Hold R2 to shoot, and Left Analog Stick to
  aim / move).
+ L1 will only respond if your character is equipped by a Jetpack.
+ The secondary Weapon can be used in some ways:
  [Thermal Detonators] hold TRIANGLE and use Left Analog Stick to aim,
  release to throw it.
  [Rocket Launchers / Rail Guns] hold TRIANGLE and use Left Analog to aim,
  then press R2 to fire (Launchers have Interval between shots, while you can
  fire continuously -- Hold R2 -- for the Rail Guns).
+ [+] Signs the control applied for AT-RTs.
+ Crouching (Do this behind a barricade) will protect you and decrease the
  chance to get hit by enemies.

4. Characters
=============================================================================
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Republic Side - Jedi Heroes
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE: [*] Means an NPC (Non-Playable Character).

======================
++ Anakin Skywalker ++
======================
Believed as the 'Chosen One', he was a slave boy from the Planet Tatooine
who was discovered by Master Qui-Gon-Jinn, has a very strong power of Force.
Because of that, he was brought to the Jedi Council to be trained, and now
is a Jedi Knight and also the Apprentice of Master Obi-Wan Kenobi. He
secretly married (One of the action that is forbidden for a Jedi) with
Senator Padme Amidala of Naboo. He is strong, however, sometimes he is easily
overridden by his anger. And in the future, he is destined to fall into the
Dark side and also be the fearful tyrant of the Empire: Darth Vader.

====================
++ Obi-Wan Kenobi ++
====================
Simply described by others as 'Wise as Master Yoda, strong as Master Windu',
the former Padawan of Master Qui-Gon-Jinn and now a Jedi Master, he is
Anakin's master and also his good friend. He is patient, but strong and wise
(As he is described by others) in battles.

================
++ Mace Windu ++
================
A member of the High Jedi Council, his power and wisdom has been a legend for
the other Jedi. He is one of the greatest swordsman, and also talented in
other aspects, such as the Force and also hand-to-hand combats. However,
he is a proud man, and sometimes overconfident. But he also has a special
skill, that his inner self cannot be disturbed by the Dark Side.

===============
++ Kit Fisto ++
===============
A green Nautolan Jedi, Kit is an easy-going Jedi. He also has great sense of
humor and humanity, though he is not a human. Despite his easy-going nature,
he is a radical combatant and also conservative in political affairs.

==============
++ Plo Koon ++
==============
A Jedi from Dorin, Master Plo has a great sense of justice. He is a friend
of Master Qui-Gon-Jinn. Because he is a Kel Dorian -- who specially breathes
in a little contained oxygen atmosphere -- he must use an Antiox breath mask
and protective googles that supply a special gas that can be only found in
Dorian in order to survive in an oxygen-rich planet. He is a great Jedi, and
also come from a long Kel Dor Jedi Dynasty (His uncle and niece are Jedi).

==================
++ Aayla Secura ++
==================
A female Twi'lek of Ryloth, she is a Jedi Master and also a General in the
middle of the Clone Wars. She is one of the favored and most respected Jedi
by the Clone Troopers (Whom she leads), and also possess very great powers.

=====================
++ Luminara Unduli ++
=====================
A female Mirialan, Luminara is calm and patient, and noted by her former
padawan as a skilled teacher. However, she is also overconfident sometimes,
and this oftenly put her in danger. She is also hard to argue, and also hard
to lost temper with someone.

5. Walkthrough                                               [CWWLK]
=============================================================================
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
--------------------------------|Ryloth|-------------------------------------
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Master and Padawan
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
As you get control, climb the first platform, then run through pipes. No need
to worry, your character will not fall from pipes. Jump to the big Platform,
then you will have your first Platforming. To notice that on each platform
there is a transparent blue mark. That signs your jumping destination. Jump
through all the small platforms. Then run, and the platform in front of you
will break down. Go down, force push the crate. To be noted again, on each
object will appear green target mark. That signs that you can push the object,
and also signs your Force Push target. Go forward, force blast the Droid
across. Continue. Now.. Ambush Time ! Destroy all Battle Droids. Not long
after, Super Battle Droids will come. Jak them, and destroy the towering rock
across. Use the destroyed rocks to jump across. Destroy 2 more Super Battle
Droids, then steal the STAP. Go forward until a dead end. Hover up (L1) to
the right cliff. A tutorial cutscene will appear. Once you're back, go down,
destroy all Droids. Then you will encounter an Occuptarra.
>> See Section 6. Enemies / Droid-Jak [CWJAK] for Occuptarra battle <<

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
2. Powering Up Resdin
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
From the beginning, head to the right until you reach the last AT-TE. Then
head left to the wall jump area. Grab the ledge, then head right. Get up,
then run to the bridge. Jump through the Platforms, slide down the ram.
Destroy the Droids. After all Droids destroyed, use the Force on the first
Generator (1/3). Go up with the lifting platform, go up through the ledges,
then jump across from the last Platform. Use Sabotage Droid to get across
(Jump onto it, then jump across, no need to charge). Jump through rocks,
then jump to the poles (You don't need to swing in order to jump across).
Do a wall jump on the right. Destroy 4 Battle Droids up. Jump through the
poles again (This time, you must change direction - use Left Analog). The
Generator (2/3) is on the right (You must walk on the wood pole to reach it),
then destroy Battle Droids. Jak the Sabotage Droid, then charge it to the
debris. Enter the debris hole. Slide down through the ledges. Destroy Battle
Droids down away, then activate the Generator (3/3)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
3. Outpost Initiation
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your first time to play as a Trooper ! Destroy all Droids along the way. Take
the Thermal Detonator Pickup, and then use it to destroy the Generator on
your right. Vault through the collapsed Platforms, then destroy Droids below.
Go down, destroy all Droids ahead. Maybe you hate taking cover, so just go
out there and do some Melee. Later, more Droids will come from the Cliff.
Destroy them too, of course. After all Droids destroyed, there will be
a Challenge (1/1) on the center of the area. Head to the narrow alley between
the cliffs. Continue your Path of Destruction (I will refer this P.O.D. later
on, if your way is full of Droid -- and you must destroy them all). When
you see an abandoned hut, inside is an Artifact. Continue, then you will have
Ambush. Head to the middle Circle (In front of the Temple), then destroy all
incoming Droids, but prioritize Droidekas.

=============================================================================
6. Enemies / Droid-Jak                                        [CWJAK]
=============================================================================
Below is the list of Droid Types, their behavior, Tips to defeat them, and
how their Droid-Jak works and effects to others.

Droid-Jak is the main essence of this game ! You will use Droids as weapon to
destroy enemies, as well as solving puzzles. And you can find Droid-Jak ing
some Droids are fun. To do it, you must jump on the Droid, and then press
SQUARE to takecontrol of them.

NOTE: Sometimes, after Droid's power run out and you jump down from the
Droid, the Droid will not directly self destruct, but stunned. Take this
advantage to destroy it completely and gain Points.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
A. Battle Droid
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
*****************************************************************************
Enemy Type
*****************************************************************************
The basic enemy type (And the most to show up), it can be destroyed in one
single slash or Force Blast. So even hordes of it come, they won't be a
problem. They only shoot little, slow laser blasts.

*****************************************************************************
Droid-Jak
*****************************************************************************
Okay, not actually a Droid-Jak, but if you perform this (X,X,SQUARE), you'll
rip off its head.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
B. Super Battle Droid
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
*****************************************************************************
Enemy Type
*****************************************************************************
They also oftenly appear. A little tougher than Battle Droid, but still, easy
to be destroyed. 2 or 3 slashes will cut them into two. Sometimes they are
hard to be destroyed with the Force. They also shoot Laser Blasts.. At least
more dangerous than Battle Droids'.

*****************************************************************************
Droid-Jak
*****************************************************************************
Once you press SQUARE, it will shoot fast, continuous Laser Blasts. It can
even destroy a Spider Droid in one blast.However, they are sometimes slow in
moving, wasting your time to aim.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
C. Chameleon Droid
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
*****************************************************************************
Enemy Type
*****************************************************************************
As their name suggest, they can cmouflage themself, making themselves
invisible. However, they will appear sometimes to land mines. Even they are
invisible, their position is still predictable. Use Slide Attack (O, SQUARE)

*****************************************************************************
Droid-Jak
*****************************************************************************
You can control their movement and then.. Land Mines. Pretty unuseful
actually, for me.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
D. Sabotage Droid
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
*****************************************************************************
Enemy Type
*****************************************************************************
They are the most to appear in puzzles and also Boss Fights. In battles,
they will blast long Lasers, slicing those who stand in the Laser's path.
They sometimes also charge towards enemies. It can easily destroyed, however
you cannot attack it when it is hovering unless you're high enough.

*****************************************************************************
Droid-Jak
*****************************************************************************
Unlike what they are in battles, we can use them to charge (Hold SQUARE to
charge), and then release them, hitting objects or enemies. And actually,
they give powerful crash and useful when fighting hordes of enemy, especially
in 'Takeover Takedown' challenges.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
E. Dwarf Spider Droid
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
*****************************************************************************
Enemy Type
*****************************************************************************
Also the most Droid to come in Puzzle Affairs. This Droid is not as it looks
like, it can be easily sliced into 2 by Jedi. It also rarely attacks, but
when you look it is charging its weapon, better run away.

*****************************************************************************
Droid-Jak
*****************************************************************************
Charge the weapon by holding SQUARE, then release to shoot. Causes quite big
damage, so it is useful. Aim using Left Analog Stick.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
F. Droidekas (Destroyer Droid)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
*****************************************************************************
Enemy Type
*****************************************************************************
The most annoying (And unuseful, later) Droid. When it come onto the
battlefield, it will quickly trigger its shield. Troopers have no problem
(Use secondary weapon and they are pieces of metal junks), but Jedi do have
problem encountering it. I found that the only way to destroy it is by:

1). Quickly destroy it when it is rolling (Shield untriggered when it is
rolling).

2). Throw them away using Force Push.

*****************************************************************************
Droid-Jak
*****************************************************************************
I repeat, unuseful Droid. It is hard to be jacked (Since it has shield), but
if you wanna try its Jak, try to Jak it when it is rolling (Remember, after
rolling they will stand up and leaves its body opened for a while). It will
only roll in one direction, and we can't aim the rolling direction (Actually
can, but it will roll away in about a second after we Jak). Yes, unuseful.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
G. Crab Droid
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
*****************************************************************************
Enemy Type
*****************************************************************************
They rarely attack, but always BEWARE when they are going to stomp, it can
take half of your Health Bar. Its weak point is on its back part (Between its
legs).. Jedi will not have problem in fighting it, but as Troopers, the best
chance to damage it is by performing Melee on its weak point.

*****************************************************************************
Droid-Jak
*****************************************************************************
Use Left Analog to aim the Stomp Target, and then hold SQUARE to charge the
stomp, and then release it. It will create quite powerful earthquake to
enemies, pretty useful. Sometimes it is also used to jump onto high
platforms (Read Walkthrough Section).

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
H. MagnaGuard
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
*****************************************************************************
Enemy Type
*****************************************************************************
The TOUGHEST Droid of all (That's why it appears so rarely and lately). You
nearly cannot damage it with your basic Melee. I found the most effective
way to destroy it is by attacking it with other MagnaGuard, or Lightsaber
Throw (However it is not so accurate) or by.. Ignoring it !

*****************************************************************************
Droid-Jak
*****************************************************************************
Hold SQUARE to do Staff Melee, and use Left Analog to control its movement.
However, it is effective only against other MagnaGuard.. not because its weak
or what, but it only appears with other MagnaGuards in some sections only
(Which means you cannot attack other enemies because there are not).

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I. Bazooka Droid
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
*****************************************************************************
Enemy Type
*****************************************************************************
As its name suugests, it is a Droid that.. Fires Bazooka. They will always
appear opposite from us, separated by ditches or whatever. The only way to
destroy it is by deflect the Bazooka bullet (Force push it, the Bullet will
Auto Targetted). However, always beware to the other Bazooka Droid (Usually
appears 2 Droids together), the often problem is: When we are deflecting
a Bullet, we cannot deflect 2 bullets together, which means if they fire
together, and we deflect one bullet, another one will hit us. Try to avoid
this problem.

*****************************************************************************
Droid-Jak
*****************************************************************************
These Droids cannot be jacked.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
J. Octuptarra / Tri-Droid
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
*****************************************************************************
Enemy Type
*****************************************************************************
As I mentioned above, read your "Classic How-To Destroy Big Guys in Games"..
Kidding. Okay, a classic way, attack its legs until a TRIANGLE prompt appear,
tap it, then the leg will go down. Attack it again, and repeat the strategies
until it is desroyed.
For Troopers, it can be more simple. Rail Guns or Thermal Detonators are
effective. For Thermal Detonators, you have to be quite careful in aiming.
Also beware of its blasts, it will damage you heavily. When it is stomping
the ground, quickly jump.

*****************************************************************************
Droid-Jak
*****************************************************************************
This Droid Type cannot be jacked.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
K. Vulture Droid Starfighter
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
*****************************************************************************
Enemy Type
*****************************************************************************
Ah. The similar strategy to the Octuptarra Droid, attack its feet
continuously. However you will need to prompt-takedown both of its legs.
Its Laser Blasts are also quite damaging. Once it is down to the ground,
quickly jack it to.. Finish it.
What kind of Finishing is that ?

*****************************************************************************
Droid-Jak
*****************************************************************************
Actually, it is pretty unuseful, because it usually come without another foe
along. Well, at least we can use it to destroy walls.

7. Challenges                                                    [CWCHL]
=============================================================================
Below are the types and strategy to beat challenges. However, sometimes the
strategy itself also depends on the Area the challenge takes place.
You can also replay the Challenges in order to gain Points.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
A. Droid Demolition
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The most common Challenge. You only have to destroy as many Droids as possible
within the time limit.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
B. Takeover Takedown
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
You have to Jak a Droid, then use it to destroy other Droids. Can be tricky
if the Droid avilable is unuseful ones.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
C. Point Panic
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Collect as many Points as you can, within the Time Limit. What makes it
tricky is the Environment, you have to be good in Platforming.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Actually, I forget some other Challenge Types. If anybody able to help,
please E-Mail me.

8. Hints and Tips                                                [CWHAT]
=============================================================================
+ If you're in a Puzzle involving the usage of Droid-Jak, the ammount
  of Droids available is unlimited, which means after you destroy one Droid,
  another will come, and so on. Take this advantage - destroy Droids to gain
  Points, and if you feel it's enough, progress with the Mission.

9. Credits and Information                                        [CWCAI]
=============================================================================
A little info about me, I'm just a 14 years-old boy who is a comic book fans,
also Star Wars, Transformers, G.I.JOE, TMNT hardcore fans. Okay, that's
enough.

I will update this guide as soon as I have time to replay the game itself,
maybe taking about 1 week.

If you have corrections, feedbacks, additional contents, critics, or others
about my guide, please e-mail me to:

[email protected]

But remember only one thing: Be polite. We all know how to be polite. I'm
still 14, and you know, maybe I cannot reply, response, or still too young
to get cruel words. So, let's see some example (Do not E-Mail like this):
> "Hey, you know ? YOUR GUIDE IS NOT USEFUL !"
> "You Idiot ! What's the.."

etc. I will response critics, maybe some of you are angry or anything, but
just be polite. Okay ?

Just for an info, I have written the Guide for Transformers: Revenge of the
Fallen (PS2), while I am writing TMNT Smash-Up (PS2) Guide, too. You can also
ask me about those games.

I completely make this Guide by myself, and this Credits section is still
empty. So if you want to help me, I will credit you here.

My indirect thanks, however, is for:
> Sony, making a console like PS2.
